If you do not have one, go to www.tax.virginia.gov, scroll down to How to Register, click Register for sales tax online, and fill out your business information.

Virginia Form ST-10 (Sales and Use Tax) (if applicable)

Go to www.tax.virginia.gov, use the search box (upper-left corner) and type ST10. Click Form ST-10, Commonwealth of Virginia, Sales and Use, fill out the form, and print.

North Carolina Department of Revenue Letter (if applicable)

Must clearly show: Notice Number, Account ID#, Taxpayer ID#, and Tax Type: Sales & Use Registration.

Virginia Form ST-14 (Out-of-State Customers) (if applicable)

Required for all out-of-state customers. Go to www.tax.virginia.gov, search ST14 in the upper-left corner. Click Form ST-14, Commonwealth of Virginia Sales and Use, fill out the form, and print.
